Welcome to Grafted Plant. By purchasing from our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Live Plant Guarantee

We guarantee that all plants are shipped healthy and alive at the time of dispatch and arrival.

Customers must inspect the package immediately upon arrival. Any issue must be reported within 24 hours after delivery with clear photos and videos of:

  • The unopened package
  • The plant condition upon arrival
  • Shipping label and order details

Failure to provide proper documentation within the required timeframe may void eligibility for replacement.


2. Acclimation Responsibility

Plants are living organisms and may experience stress during shipping and acclimation.

Once the plant has been received and accepted by the customer, the acclimation process and ongoing plant care become the full responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for:

  • Acclimation stress
  • Leaf drop
  • Dormancy
  • Growth slowdown
  • Rot, dehydration, or decline occurring after arrival
  • Improper care or environmental conditions

3. No Refund Policy

All sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or returns for live plants under any circumstances.


4. Replacement Policy

We only offer replacements under the following conditions:

  • Plant is Dead on Arrival (DOA)
  • Wrong species was sent
  • Severe shipping damage directly caused by our packaging

Replacement claims will not be accepted if the issue is caused by:

  • Shipping delays
  • Customs or import inspections
  • Import permit issues
  • Confiscation by authorities
  • Weather conditions
  • Incorrect customer address
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Customer negligence or improper care

Approval of replacement claims is solely at our discretion after reviewing the provided evidence.


5. Replacement Shipping Cost

Approved replacements are shipped with shipping costs fully paid by the customer.

We are not responsible for any reshipping fees, import taxes, customs duties, phytosanitary costs, brokerage fees, or additional charges related to replacement shipments.


6. Import Regulations & Customer Responsibility

Customers are fully responsible for understanding and complying with their country’s import regulations before placing an order.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Import permits
  • Phytosanitary requirements
  • Plant quarantine regulations
  • Customs clearance procedures

We are not responsible for confiscated, delayed, destroyed, or rejected shipments caused by local regulations or customs authorities.


7. Shipping Risks

By purchasing live plants internationally, the customer acknowledges the inherent risks associated with live plant shipping, including:

  • Transit stress
  • Delays
  • Temperature exposure
  • Handling during customs inspections

While we pack plants carefully and professionally, we cannot guarantee plant appearance after extended transit times.


8. Agreement

By placing an order with Grafted Plant, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
