At Grafted Plant, we specialize in live tropical plants and rare collector species. Due to the perishable nature of live plants, all sales are considered final.
Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
No Returns
We do not accept returns for live plants.
Because plants are living organisms that are sensitive to handling, temperature, humidity, and environmental changes, returned plants cannot be safely resold or guaranteed after transit.
No Refund Policy
All purchases are non-refundable.
We do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Shipping delays
- Customs processing delays
- Import permit issues
- Plant acclimation stress
- Minor cosmetic damage
- Leaf drop or yellowing after transit
- Customer care issues after arrival
- Failed germination or growth after planting
- Confiscation or rejection by customs authorities
By placing an order, customers acknowledge the risks associated with international live plant shipping.
Replacement Eligibility
We only offer replacement plants under the following conditions:
- Dead on Arrival (DOA)
- Wrong species received
- Severe damage caused directly by packaging failure
Replacement requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
Customers must provide:
- Clear photos of the unopened package
- Photos/videos of the plant condition upon arrival
- Shipping label and order information
Claims submitted without sufficient evidence may not be approved.
Situations Not Covered
Replacement claims will not be accepted for issues caused by:
- Shipping delays
- Customs inspections or quarantine
- Import regulations
- Weather conditions during transit
- Incorrect shipping address
- Failed delivery attempts
- Improper unpacking or aftercare
- Acclimatization stress after arrival
Plants may naturally experience temporary stress after long-distance shipping. This is considered normal and not classified as Dead on Arrival.
Replacement Shipping Costs
Approved replacement plants will be shipped only after the customer pays the new shipping cost.
We are not responsible for:
- Reshipping fees
- Customs duties
- Import taxes
- Phytosanitary charges
- Brokerage fees
- Any additional import-related costs
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for understanding their country’s import regulations before ordering.
We strongly recommend checking:
- Import permit requirements
- Restricted species regulations
- Customs procedures
- Local agricultural laws
We are not liable for confiscated, delayed, destroyed, or rejected shipments caused by import regulations or customs authorities.
