Growth Habit
A large evergreen canopy tree of humid lowland and hill rainforests, occupying the upper forest strata. It thrives under consistently warm, humid conditions and develops a broad crown when given ample light.
Cultivation
Best grown in deep, fertile, well-drained soils with high humidity and regular moisture throughout the year. Avoid prolonged drought, waterlogging, and exposure to cold temperatures.
